Questions from teenagers that GreenX7 is helping to support:

  • Sometimes I feel stressed, which affects my confidence and often results in sleep deprivation. What I want to learn is how to deal with stress and mental blockage but more through action rather than words.
  • How can I better communicate with my parents?
  • How can I find my passion?
  • I want to learn how to relax myself and control my emotions i.e. angry, happy etc.
  • One of my biggest challenges is when I have a speech or performance in front of a large number of people on the stage- I would like to learn how to calm myself down while being able to focus.
  • Be able to better deal with the pressures from parents, entering senior high school, worries about my grades and charts and also the new dormitory I will be in and new classmates etc.
  • My challenge is that I don’t feel creative and I’m a little bit self abusing and always thinking too much, how can I help with this?
  • Learning how to communicate with my friends and people around me better?
  • How to spend less time on social media and not get caught up in the pressures I feel on it.

The best experience I got from this was really getting to know the people in my group. Everything about M.E.E.T.C.U.B helped bring everyone together.

GreenX7 inspired me to live my life, not the life others want me to be. So from now on I decided to give myself more to BE, spend less time to do what others expect me to do. I will spend more time enjoying nature, walking barefoot etc.

Being well myself can give me the physical and mental ability to help others.
Jako, 17 years old China
GreenX7 taught me how to feel the world and how to know myself. It makes me feel everything more clearly. I can share this feeling to others and make them have the same feelings as me. I discovered my passion: connecting with people to make me happy, others happy. My dream of becoming a psychologist is much stronger.
Mai, 18 years old Vietnam
I have learnt that the positivity obtained with healthy mindset enables us to depict a better lifestyle for the people surrounding us that might still be finding right balance thus helping them find the way to their own life path.

I know my parents love me, but sometimes they drive me nuts. They just don’t get what I’m going through. Our family catch ups to do GreenX7 really help us reset and reconnect.
Lily, 15 years old Australia
As an individual, I feel more peaceful. I can be my own mental doctor. I have own way to keep healthy and happy, thus can maintain the ability to help others. As a leader I can help my group members keep happy and give them power to move on.
Rebecca, 15 years old China
If I am ever stressed, I now know I can go outside and stand on the grass barefoot and focus on my breathing.
Annabelle, 13 years old Australia
GreenX7 inspires me to be a great individual who is healthy, happy and without too much stress- which can make me sick. In becoming more aware of my wellbeing I am able to enjoy helping and affecting others.
Yoyo, 15 years old China
I’m in year 11, and school is starting to get really stressful. I use GreenX7 to remind myself to take a break, go for a walk or run, or just take off my shoes and sit on the grass for 10 minutes. It helps me keep perspective and not get overwhelmed.
